The Junior Darts Academy, the premier hub for young aspiring darts professionals in Gravesend and surrounding areas. Our academy is dedicated to creating a pathway for the next generation of talent. We provide a professional yet supportive environment where players aged 7–17 can transition from casual hobbyists to disciplined competitors. The JDC uses a unique Grading System and the “JDC Challenge” to track a player’s development, providing a clear, measurable sense of achievement and ensures they are learning the correct professional habits from day one. Academy members are enrolled onto the JDC World Ranking System. By participating in weekly academy sessions and seasonal tours, young players earn points toward an Order of Merit. This can lead to extraordinary opportunities, such as qualifying for the Junior World Championships or representing their country in the JDC World Cup.

During the course, young people will learn the basics of coaching, gain an understanding of different careers in football, learn how to plan and prepare activities and tournaments, understand key safety considerations, and be introduced to the fundamentals of refereeing. This programme is ideal for young leaders who want to volunteer in community settings such as after‑school clubs, holiday camps, grassroots teams, community events and tournaments.
