In partnership with the Katsina State Government, we delivered a transformative 10-day Multisport Coaching Award program in Nigeria designed to revolutionise grassroots physical education. By equipping 25 local teachers with specialised coaching skills, we created a sustainable model for sport delivery that has already impacted over 80 children, and is set to impact 100s more. The initiative culminated in a high-energy multisport festival, allowing educators to put their training into practice under the observation of key state government officials. This program ensures that local students now have access to meaningful, structured, and inclusive sporting experiences within their own schools.

In partnership with the Island Security Forces, we delivered a high-impact crime diversion camp in Saint Kitts designed to provide a positive, structured outlet for children aged 5–17 during the summer holidays. By focusing on health, wellbeing, and essential life-skill development, the project successfully engaged over 400 young people in just two weeks, steering them away from antisocial behaviour through the power of sport and mentorship. This initiative was equally transformative for our 14 UK-based coaches, who navigated cultural differences and challenging environments to deliver a truly meaningful experience.
